Product quality and warranty obligations
- The quality of the Goods sold under this Agreement must comply with the applicable standards and technical requirements of the manufacturer.
- The warranty period is at least 12 months from the date of acceptance of the Goods.
- The Seller guarantees the quality of the delivered Goods during the warranty period specified in the contract, provided that the Buyer adheres to the storage and operating rules in accordance with the instructions provided by the Seller. The warranty shall be voided prematurely in case of unauthorized interference by the Buyer with the operation and/or design of the device.
- The terms and conditions of service are explained by the Seller to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods and are outlined in the relevant documents (service book, user manual, warranty card, etc.).
- In case of a malfunction during the warranty period, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within three calendar days from the occurrence of the defect by sending a message to the email address: fastkava.polska@gmail.com.
- If the Buyer uses low-quality coffee, milk, chocolate, or any other product at their own discretion, the warranty for the coffee machine shall be automatically void.
