Procedure and delivery timeframes

The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods in accordance with the deadlines specified in the agreement with the Buyer.
The transfer of the goods from the Seller to the Buyer occurs after full payment, upon which the ownership rights to the goods pass to the Buyer. The Seller’s obligations for delivery are considered properly fulfilled from the date the goods are handed over to the Buyer.

The Seller bears all risks of accidental loss or damage to the goods until the moment of their transfer to the Buyer.
